Refund Policy

ManeoShop is owned and operated by Maneo Studio.

ManeoShop is committed to your satisfaction. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders can be canceled only if they have not yet shipped.

Returns Eligibility (Non-Defective Items)

You may return items for a refund if all of the following conditions are met:

The request is made within 30 days from the date your package was delivered.

The item is new, unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Items that have been opened or used may not be eligible for return.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email maneo@maneoshop.com within 14 days of delivery and include:

Clear photos of the item(s)

Photos of the original packaging (including any visible damage)

After review, we will offer one of the following:

A replacement/reshipment, or

A full refund

If the item is defective or we shipped the wrong item, we cover the necessary replacement/reshipment arrangements.

Lost or Undelivered Orders

If your order has not been delivered within 30 days from the shipping date, you may choose:

A free reshipment, or

A full refund

Return Process

Contact us at maneo@maneoshop.com to request a Return Authorization. Returns must be authorized in advance.

Ship your authorized return using a trackable shipping method to  Maneo Studio 7 Avenue de Fabron, Building E, 06200 Nice, France

Please note:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was damaged/defective or incorrect.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

For returns over $75, we recommend using a trackable service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.


Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return (when applicable), we’ll notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Refunds are processed within up to 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider (including any currency conversion).


Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund hasn’t appeared yet, please:

Check your bank account again

Contact your credit card company or bank (processing times can vary)

Exchanges

We accept exchanges within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is new, unused, and unopened in its original packaging. Exchanges are subject to availability.

Unless the item is defective or incorrect, customers are responsible for exchange shipping costs.
