Reitekina Tabi is a Japanese tarot deck rooted in the Rider-Waite-Smith system. It was our first large project and it remains a bestseller. We poured care into every card so the archetypes feel precise and alive.
The deck follows the RWS structure, yet it is an artist’s interpretation. Some scenes differ from the usual images, but the meaning is preserved and at times expressed with even more clarity.
The artwork draws deeply from Japanese aesthetics and folklore. You will find references to ukiyo-e line work, seasonal symbols, Shinto and Buddhist imagery, yokai, and classic motifs like waves and koi. Color is restrained and purposeful, inviting a calm focus. The result is a deck that feels disciplined, elegant, and quietly powerful.
How it reads: Reitekina Tabi is intuitive for beginners because the RWS foundations are familiar. Experienced readers will notice layered symbolism that rewards longer spreads and contemplative work. The deck is strong for questions about purpose, courage, boundaries, and growth. It handles daily draws with ease and also supports deeper readings about life direction and inner strength. Many readers describe a steady, grounded feeling, as if the deck gives firm guidance without noise.
