Persona Obscura is a 78-card set inspired by gothic romance and Venetian masquerade aesthetics. The artwork uses dramatic,  realism with a restrained palette: deep blacks and controlled gold accents. The visual direction is consistent across all cards and packaging, creating a cohesive “Velvet and Gold” look.

The deck follows the classic Rider–Waite system, with each archetype reinterpreted through the masquerade theme—masks, costumes, and theatrical staging—while keeping the structure familiar.

Returns (30 Days)
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are new, unused, and unopened, in their original packaging.

To request a return, email maneo@maneoshop.com with your order number. We will provide the return instructions and address. Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused.

Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged/defective or we shipped the wrong item.

Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return (when applicable), we’ll notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Refunds are processed within up to 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider (including any currency conversion).

Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery, subject to availability, and only for items that are new, unused, and unopened. Shipping costs for exchanges are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days of delivery and include clear photos of the item and packaging. We will offer a replacement or a refund.
