Unopened Items: If the item is unopened and unused, it may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Please contact us to initiate the return process.

Damaged Items: If your item was damaged during delivery, please notify us within 2 business days of receiving the package. Be sure to include photos of the damage and the packaging to help us process your claim.

Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit and the tracking status has not changed for 30 days, please contact us for assistance.

Important Note: Please review all product photos and videos carefully before purchasing. We do not accept returns or refunds for items that do not meet the above criteria.

This allows us to provide fast and convenient logistics to customers around the globe.

To help minimize potential costs for our customers, we declare a low item value on customs forms. This often reduces or eliminates taxes and duties upon delivery. Please note, however, that final decisions are made by the customs authorities in your country.

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. When your parcel is handed over to the shipping company, we’ll send you a tracking number.

Estimated delivery time is 7–14 business days, depending on your location and local postal services.

If your order has not been delivered within 30 days from the shipping date, you can choose:

Refusal of Delivery & Return Policy

Please note that we do not provide refunds for orders that are refused at the time of delivery or not accepted from the postal service or courier.

If you wish to return an item, the order must first be successfully delivered to you. Only after receipt can you initiate a return by sending the product back to the address we provide. Returns are accepted solely under these conditions, and any associated shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.
