Returns (30 Days) We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are new, unused, and unopened, in their original packaging.
Return Shipping Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged/defective or we shipped the wrong item.
Refunds After we receive and inspect your return (when applicable), we'll notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within up to 10 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. We will offer a replacement or a refund.
